Appointments

Appointments generally run once a week (since COVID) starting at 11:00 am and are completed when the client is ready (I have had clients sit with me for 15 hours - it takes what it takes.). Please keep in mind you will need to rest for at least one day after the session and be able to remove yourself from stressful situations and avoid arguments for two days after the session. It will take three weeks to experience 90% of the work of the session, and during that time, I am available to you by phone if any issues pop up. I am available to you if you need me after a session.

Sessions are available face-to-face in Vancouver, Canada, and online through Zoom for HIPAA/PHIPA compliance and augmented by phone access.

For the session: Please list everything that is not working or not working as well as you would like in every area of your life. Include all anxieties and anxiety responses, phobias, sleep issues, things that bug you (even about other people), body sensations, irritations, habits, memory, or brain issues. Make sure you get lots of sleep before the session - particularly, you want to dream lots before the session.

Please let me know before the session: What are you taking if you are on medication? Have you ever been hospitalized for psychosis or any psychological issues? Do you remember dreaming when you sleep?

Individuals with depression, anxiety, aggression, stress, and memory issues: My goal is to get you full resolution in a single session. However, you are also a factor in this situation. If you choose to do work with me and follow what I suggest to do outside the session, you will start to see huge changes unfold. You might find that you will want to follow up a year or sooner just for a boost.

Individuals exposed to trauma (human or nature related) either in life or during their childhood (verbal, mental, physical, emotional, and/or sexual): My goal is to get you full resolution in a single session. You likely needed a resolution years ago. You will need to make sure you pay close attention to the changes in your body and mind going forward. Keep in contact with me if you need help in your processing after the session. I am here to help you through the bad and painful path to freedom. Remember, suffering is optional.

PTSD clients: My goal is to get you full resolution in a single session. You likely needed a resolution years ago. You will need to make sure you pay close attention to the changes in your body and mind going forward. Keep in contact with me if you need help in your processing after the session. I am here to help you through the bad and painful path to freedom. Remember, suffering is optional.

Suicidal and Para-suicidal (self-mutilating) clients: My goal is to get you full resolution in a single session or at least to move you beyond the suicidal phase. You will require regular access to me for a couple of days after the session... be sure to let me know. Sometimes repetitive behaviors resurface because of stressful events. If this happens, you will have to be in touch with me.

Others: I work with a variety of people for a variety of things. I have had people come in for stomach problems, rosacea, dealing with murder, job trauma, car accidents, head trauma, chemical sensitivity, better sales, smoking cessation, sleeping, weight loss, anorexia, bulimia, hair pulling, relationship-couple work, unwanted patterns, anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression, body pains, childhood trauma, connection and belonging issues, PTSD, etc. My best advice is to email or call me and ask me what I might be able to do for you.

To arrange a session: call Tracy directly at 604-442-8657 or email. Please note that phone calls will be returned within 24-48 hours. Currently, face-to-face sessions are held on Saturdays.

Session prices:

  • A full session costs $1,620.00. Please note: This is a unique therapy style. The results appear in a single session, with results appearing organically felt about ten days after the session and continue to build and increase over a 3-week period and up to 6 months. If you do not feel you achieved your desired results from the session, I will work with you until you do at no extra cost. Additional phone calls after the session are also included in the session price.

Note: All or part of the session cost can be written off if you have extended insurance. You will need to check with your insurance carrier to confirm that your policy covers either counselling by a counsellor or psychotherapy by a counsellor or psychotherapist. Under the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, I am considered a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) and a Master Professional Clinical Counsellor (MPCC), and Under the Canadian College of Counsellors and Psychotherapist, I am considered a registered member (CCPCP-R).

Note: I am currently preparing to do further PTSD research. Please let me know if you would like to be a part of this work.

Cancellation Policy: Things in life happen, and sometimes, there are events beyond a person's control. Because of that, if you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as you know that you can't make it to a session. To book a second session, you must pay the full price of the session to book for your second session. I am currently booking on limited days due to research and publishing commitments. If you cancel a second time, your booking deposit will be donated to someone who cannot afford a PTSD session.

Many of my clients come and see me after spending many thousands of dollars and even more of their time on many different therapies without resolution. They continue to suffer and live with their emotional pain. Many times these vary therapists claim their patient's unsolvable problems are related to something in their head.

I agree. It is something in their head!

It's a memory that once provided them safety. Now, this same memory is creating an unwanted effect. I will do everything I can to provide you with immediate relief and resolution without medication. - Tracy
